Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, PA –
The Mid-Atlantic – Russia Business Council (MARBC) is
pleased to organize the participation of a Russian
delegation of businesses in the medical technological
field to the AdvaMed 2008 Conference, which will take
place in Washington, D.C. September 21-24, 2008. MARBC is a
supporting partner organization of AdvaMed 2008, the
world’s premier medical technology conference and
exhibition for businessmen and financiers in the Med
Tech field.
This event will be an important opportunity for
Russian businesses to showcase their latest products and
network with other leaders in this
industry.
The AdvaMed 2008 Conference is sponsored by the
Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed), the
world’s largest medical technology association. As such, it is
the primary opportunity for over 1,000 of the most
influential leaders, businessmen and financiers in the
Med Tech field to network, showcase their latest
technologies and products, and attend educational
panels.
These educational panels focus on timely and
relevant MedTech topics such as regulatory issues. The expert
speakers at this year’s AdvaMed conference include
current members of the United States’ Congress, most
notably current presidential candidates Senators John
McCain and Barack Obama.
The AdvaMed conferences have a history of
international participation. In 2007, there
were representatives from 35 states and 25 different
countries.
Thus, this is an unparalleled chance to access
potential partners and investors. During the
AdvaMed 2008 Conference, MARBC will organize a Russian
exhibition and a few Russian speakers who will give
presentations in their respective fields.
After the conference has finished in Washington,
D.C., MARBC will bring the Russian delegation to
Philadelphia.
In Philadelphia, executives will continue to have
the opportunity to network with others in their
field.
